For Apple users, the ANZ App is available on devices running iOS 10 or later. It’s also available on Apple Watch.

For Android, the ANZ App is available on Android 5.0 or above.

We recommend updating your device operating system, as well as the ANZ App, regularly. Better yet, turn on automatic updates so you’re always up to date. If your device doesn’t support an upgrade to at least iOS 10 or Android 5.0, you’ll need to update your device to download the ANZ App. If this isn’t possible, you can still enjoy the convenience of banking on your device by logging on to ANZ Internet Banking, now optimised for mobile.

If you can’t remember your Customer Registration Number or password, you can recover these details with your ANZ card, PIN and registered mobile number. Visit the Internet Banking registration page on to get started.

Or call us on 13 33 50 and we'll give you one. You can call 24/7.

Give us a call on 13 33 50 and we'll do that for you.

To change your PIN simply tap on Accounts followed by the Profile icon. Next, select Change PIN, follow the prompts and you’re done.

New to app customers:

For people new to the app, you can download the ANZ App from the App Store or Google Play and register using your Internet Banking logon details (Customer Registration Number and password).

You might think PayID works just like Pay to Mobile did in goMoney. It's actually better! Pay to Mobile was a fast payment feature between ANZ customers using ANZ goMoney. PayID enables Fast Payments between eligible accounts with participating financial institutions. Payments could be received in as little as seconds.

Really fast! Fast Payments between eligible accounts with participating financial institutionscould be received in as little as 60 seconds.

You can register up to five devices. You’ll need to use your Internet Banking logon details (Customer Registration Number and password) for every additional advice you register for the ANZ App.

Once that’s done, you’ll have one 4-digit PIN that’ll give you access to the app across all your devices. But remember you can only log-in to one device at a time.

We know data is precious so we’ve tried to keep the app size low. For iOS devices you’ll use ~90MB to download and for Android ~35MB.

Your ANZ App will work overseas as long as you’ve got access to a secure internet connection, an international mobile number or an Australian phone with international roaming.

If you're using international roaming, additional carrier charges may apply.

To deregister a device from your ANZ App tap on Accounts, followed by the Profile icon. Next, select Manage Devices, follow the prompts and you’re done.

Call us right away on 13 33 50. We're here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

No. ANZ App is session based and this means that as soon as you close the app, all of your banking information is no longer available on your device. This may differ if you are using the Balance Before PIN feature.

To set up fingerprint login for your ANZ App tap on Accounts followed by the Profile icon. Next, select Touch ID on iOS or Fingerprint on Android and follow the prompts.

We’ve taken two apps and combined them into one, that means in the short term there are a few differences between ANZ App for Android and iOS. We’re working fast to add new features you’ll love in the coming months.
