If you're like most ANZ customers, you've discovered the convenience of our fast and easy-to-use digital banking options like the ANZ App, ANZ Plus or Internet Banking.
You can also speak with one of our specialists at a time that suits you, live messaging in the app, phone, through an appointment in a branch, or with a mobile lender who'll visit, call or video call you at a time that suits you.
We are adapting our branches to ensure you can have richer and more meaningful conversations with ANZ specialists about your big financial goals.
To reflect this, at some metropolitan branches we no longer operate over the counter telling services. At these branches, cash and cheque deposits and cash withdrawals can continue to be made by using our on-site Smart ATM and coin deposit machinesdisclaimer.
Smart ATMs also allow you to check balances, change a PIN and other services. Although these ATMs are very intuitive to use, we’ll have staff on hand to help if needed.
For our business customers and their couriers, some branches will also have cash devices, such as Business Cash Machines and Fast Deposit Kiosksdisclaimer.
