If you're new to ANZ, we'll need to check your identity before we can activate your new account or credit card. You can do this quickly and securely with our online ID check.
You should have received an online ID check reference number by SMS or email – make sure you have this handy before you begin. If you don't have your reference number, contact us.
When you apply for an ANZ deposit account, credit card or personal loan, you can complete your identification check online (if you're eligible to do so), using your computer or smartphone.
