On 15 March 2024, the ANZ Saving and Transaction Products Terms and Conditions and the Business Transaction Accounts Terms and Conditions – ANZ Business Banking were updated to reflect changes to how often we will send statements of account.
For accounts with an ANZ Visa Debit card or an ANZ Business Visa Debit card, the default statement frequency is changing from every two months to every six months.

To view your statements, follow the steps below:
Online statements are arranged in date order, starting with your most recently issued statement at the top of the list. Whenever a new online statement is ready to view, it is flagged as New.
You can view your credit card transactions, closing balance, payment due date and the minimum payment amount by viewing your latest credit card statement in the ANZ App or Internet Banking.

When you choose to receive statements “Online only”, you are nominating not to receive paper statements for that account. Please note, for users of ANZ Internet Banking for Business the option to switch off paper statements is not available.
