We're aware scammers are pretending to be associated with well-known financial service firms like ANZ. These scammers offer investments in bonds or debt securities to investors. 

ANZ and our related entities in Australia don't typically deal directly with the general public in bonds or debt securities.

Please be careful if contacted about the above investments and make proper enquiries before investing.

ANZ Business Cash Machines are available 24/7 (exceptions apply).

They allow you to quickly, securely and seamlessly drop off Fast Deposit Bags and gather a business float. Exchange Australian dollar notes from one denomination to another and conveniently drop your Fast Deposit Bags outside business hours.

Using a Business Cash Machine

Business Cash Machines are specifically designed for ANZ business customers and third party depositors. Deposit using a Fast Deposit Bag and make Cash Exchanges. The step by step guides below outline the process for both functions.

Deposit with Fast Deposit Bag:

  1. Get a fast deposit code from the branch which can be used multiple times
  2. Scan the fast deposit code
  3. Enter the value of the cash for each Fast Deposit Bag (excluding cheques)
  4. Select next to continue 
  5. Scan the barcode on the Fast Deposit Bag
  6. Place Fast Deposit Bag into the machine’s slot
  7. Collect your receiptdisclaimer

Cash Exchange:

  1. Scan fast deposit code
  2. Select the denominations you need of up to $999 per transaction (eg 2 x $20, 10 x $5)
  3. Insert your AUD notes to exchange as required
  4. Wait for device to issue coins, notes or both
  5. Collect your receipt

 

   Where do I get a fast deposit code from?

The branch staff can generate a code.

   Can the fast deposit code be shared?

Yes, the fast deposit code can be shared and used by anyone authorised by you. A fast deposit code can be printed or sent to a customers’ email address. The code can be scanned from a mobile phone or tablet.

   What if my Fast Deposit Bag goes missing?

Raise it immediately with the branch staff.

   What if I don’t get all my change?

Please approach branch staff as they will investigate and lodge a dispute form.

Depositing with a ANZ Coin Deposit Machine:

  1. Start your transaction by Tap & PIN or inserting a card
  2. Select Deposit 
  3. Select Coin Deposit
  4. Select your account 
  5. Confirm your receipt preference
  6. Follow the prompts on screen 
  7. Insert coins into the coin tray - please take care to remove any foreign objects and do not exceed the MAX level
  8. Confirm amount
  9. Receipt will be provided

 

   How long does it take to deposit 500 coins?

‍Approximately 5 minutes.

   Can I deposit foreign coins?

No, only Australian coins (AUD).

   What if the stated amount deposited is incorrect?
