We have recently undergone an upgrade to ensure we can meet your growing needs and allow you to do your banking how and when it suits you. During the upgrade we have uplifted the look and feel to provide you with a consistent overall experience.

We’re making changes to labels

From September 2021, we’re gradually making changes to the labels used to advise you of your account balances to make them simple and consistent. You may notice this change on Internet Banking.


Log in page

We've refreshed your Log in page to provide you with a simplified and fresh experience.

Direct Debits

Our ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers that use our direct debits function to draw funds electronically from debtors will see a long awaited upgrade to the Direct Debit payment experience. We've simplified your home page to make it as easy as possible for you to find the information you need. You'll continue to see all your linked accounts and balances, as well as access the other self-service features by selecting the menus at the top of the page.


Whether you're paying a bill, sending money to a friend or doing your business payroll, all of our payments now have a similar look and feel to make it easy for you no matter which type of payment you're making.

As extra protection for you we may challenge you to verify a range of Internet Banking activities. As part of our uplift, challenge screens will have a slightly different look. However, as always ANZ’s internet banking security is our priority and we will continue to prevent your confidential information from falling into the wrong hands.

We've enhanced our SecureMail feature. This enables you to send account information and enquiries or comments to us securely and confidentially.

Help and support

   Which accounts can I link to ANZ Internet Banking?

You can link most of your ANZ accounts to ANZ Internet Banking, including everyday and savings accounts, loans and credit cards.

   I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to the log in page and look for the link to reset your password. If you still can't reset your password, call us on 13 33 50 (outside Australia: +61 3 9683 8833).

   Can I activate my card with ANZ Internet Banking?

Yes, you can activate ANZ personal credit, debit and access cards. Go to the 'Settings' menu and select 'Activate an ANZ Card'.

   What if I don't have a Customer Registration Number?

Call 13 33 50 and we'll give you one. You can call us 24/7.
