Hoax calls and messages
If you receive a hoax email or text, take a screenshot in case you want to share it with the company it’s reportedly from, and then delete it immediately.
Contact ANZ straightaway if you’ve:
clicked on any links or downloaded any attachments
shared your banking details in response to a hoax email, SMS or phone call
noticed any unusual transactions on your accounts.
