How do I dispute or report a transaction?

If you notice an unfamiliar or suspicious transaction, you can tap on the transaction to view more details.

To dispute a transaction in the app:

  1. Tap on the transaction.
  2. Tap on Something not right? and follow the prompts.

Once your dispute has been submitted it'll be assigned to our team for investigation.

If you'd like to report a transaction, and can't find a self-service option, send us a message right away.

If you're looking to dispute a transaction made using your joint accounts or card follow the same process above, but remember to check with your plus one before lodging the dispute.
