ANZ Plus support

We’ve built a comprehensive support section in the ANZ Plus app, which is accessible via the Support tab. We have our super helpful and easily digestible T&Cs there for you too. If you can’t access the app for any reason, here’s some additional tips to give you a hand.

ANZ Plus support

We’ve built a comprehensive support section in the app, which is accessible via the Support tab.

You can read FAQs on how to use the app or message us from a help topic. So, if you need help with a payment issue, for example, go to Payments in the Support tab and under Payment Issues you’ll see a Message Us button.  

You will receive a notification to let you know when a Coach has replied, provided you have notifications enabled. You can  manage your notifications by going to the Profile icon and tapping on Notifications

You can message us at any time and one of our Coaches will reply as soon as they can. They’re available 9am–5pm AEST/AEDT on business days. 

For general support, please don’t go into the branch or call the regular contact centre. They won’t be able to help you out.

After downloading the app and registering your mobile, you can join in minutes.

We have provided detailed instructions in the app to guide you through the onboarding process every step of the way. If in any doubt, please follow the instructions on the screen.

What could go wrong?

Below are some common issues that have come up.

  1. Missing verification code: if you didn’t receive the code to confirm your mobile number, try restarting the app and entering your mobile number again.
  2. Verification delay: in some rare cases, we might take a bit more time to verify your identity. This typically takes up to 1 hour between 9am–5pm on a business day. We’ll let you know onscreen if that’s the case.

If you have lost your card or think it has been stolen, we recommend placing a temporary block on it in the app right away.

You can order a new one from within the ANZ Plus app by tapping on the Card tab and selecting Cancel and Replace Card and then Lost or Stolen Card.

We will cancel your existing card and send you a new one. 

If you’ve lost your phone or suspect that it has been stolen, please tell a Coach right away by:

  • calling 13 42 69 

We can take calls 9am–5pm AEST/AEDT on business days.  

If you have a complaint about ANZ Plus, the service you received, the products we offer or about the handling of a complaint, the easiest way to raise it is to contact a Coach by sending us:

For the above queries, you can call a Coach on 13 42 69. For all other questions, please message us in the app.

It’s also a brand-new service so keep in mind that only the ANZ Plus and ANZ Save accounts can be accessed in the ANZ Plus app.
