We’ve built a comprehensive support section in the app, which is accessible via the Support tab.
You can read FAQs on how to use the app or message us from a help topic. So, if you need help with a payment issue, for example, go to Payments in the Support tab and under Payment Issues you’ll see a Message Us button.
You will receive a notification to let you know when a Coach has replied, provided you have notifications enabled. You can manage your notifications by going to the Profile icon and tapping on Notifications.
You can message us at any time and one of our Coaches will reply as soon as they can. They’re available 9am–5pm AEST/AEDT on business days.
For general support, please don’t go into the branch or call the regular contact centre. They won’t be able to help you out.
