How do I update my marketing preferences?

Choose whether you'd like to receive offers and promotions by customising your settings in-app.

Most of the communications you receive from us will be emails and in-app notifications. You might also get an occasional SMS.

To update your preferences in the app:

1. Go to the Profile icon.
2. Tap on Notifications.
3. Toggle on or off the categories of offers and promotions you'd like to receive.

Even if you unsubscribe, you may still receive servicing communications from us about your accounts. This can include things like statements or T&Cs changes. You may also see general information about products or offers in the ANZ Plus app.
