How do I make a complaint?

If you have a complaint about ANZ Plus, the service you received, the products we offer or about the handling of a complaint, the easiest way to raise it is to contact a Coach by:

  • sending us a message in the app, or
  • filling out our online form

Our support team is available 9am to 5pm AEST/AEDT on business days.
