How do I update my personal details?

You can update most of your personal details yourself in the ANZ Plus app by following the steps below. 

Mobile number or email address

If you'd like to update your mobile number or email address in the app: 

  1. Go to the Profile icon.
  2. Tap on Profile.
  3. Select Mobile or Email and follow the prompts. 

Don't forget you'll need to verify your mobile number or email address before we make the change. Once you’ve verified it, you should receive an email to confirm the update.

Home or mailing address

You can choose whether you'd like to update your home address or mailing address (or both) in the app.  

To update your address in the app: 

  1. Go to the Profile icon.
  2. Tap on Profile.
  3. Select Home Address or Mailing Address and enter your updated address. 

If your address can't be found please send us a message. 

Occupation

You can also update your occupation in the app. Simply: 

  1. Go to the Profile icon.
  2. Tap on Profile.
  3. Tap on Occupation and follow the prompts.

Citizenship

You can add at least one and up to two citizenships to your ANZ Plus profile.

To update your citizenship details: 

  1. Go to the Profile icon.
  2. Tap on Profile.
  3. Tap on Citizenship and follow the prompts.

Updating your citizenship does not update your tax residency. It is your responsibility to keep your tax residency up to date if you are a tax resident of another country for complying with Tax Information Exchange Regulations such as FATCA and CRS.

A U.S. citizen is generally considered to be a U.S. tax resident. A change to or from a U.S. citizenship requires you to provide us with updated tax residency information for FATCA purposes.

Date of Birth

We don't expect this to change, but if your date of birth is incorrect, please go to an ANZ branch with your proof of ID so we can help you to update it.
