Can I update my name in the ANZ Plus app?
To update your preferred name in the ANZ Plus app:
- Go to the Profile icon.
- Tap on Profile.
- Select Preferred Name.
Your preferred name is how we'll refer to you in-app, so you can choose a name or a nickname – but it may be visible to others, so don't go too crazy.
If you'd like to update your legal name, you'll need to visit an ANZ branch with proof of your name change. This can be a:
- adoption papers
- birth certificate with endorsement
- court order
- decree nisi
- legal change of name
- marriage certificate
- name correction
