When will my ANZ Plus card be delivered?

Your new ANZ Plus Visa Debit card should arrive in the mail within 5 to 10 days of joining ANZ Plus, ordering a replacement or opening joint accounts.

We have a nifty card tracking feature to keep you up to date from ordering right through to delivery. Keep an eye out for notifications in the app, as well as extra delivery details in the Card icon.

We'll also keep you updated with push notifications if you have them turned on.

 Card didn’t arrive?

There may have been a problem with the delivery if:

• You’re seeing a delivery expected notification in the app but haven’t received your card.
• Your card hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks.

If this happens, you’ll need to order a new ANZ Plus card in the app:

1. Go to Card icon.
2. Tap on Cancel and Replace Card and follow the prompts.

Tip: You may be able to add your card to Apple Pay, Google Pay™ or Samsung Pay before it arrives.

Have more than one ANZ Plus account?

If you have more than one ANZ Plus account, including Joint ANZ Plus accounts, you may need to swipe through your cards to find the card you're looking for.
