When will my ANZ Plus card be delivered?

Your new ANZ Plus Visa Debit card should arrive in the mail within 5 to 10 days of you joining ANZ Plus.

If your card hasn’t arrived after three weeks, there might be a problem with our delivery partners, so you’ll need to order a new card.

To order a new ANZ Plus card in the app:

1. Go to Card tab.
2. Tap on Cancel and Replace Card.
3. Tap on Lost or Stolen Card.

If your card has been delayed, we'll work hard to get your new card to you as soon as possible.

Tip: You may be able to add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay™ before it arrives.
