It's totally up to you whether you'd like to chat or not. If not, you can just ignore the invitation, pressing the exit button on the bottom left of the chat screen.
What if chat's not available?
If you'd like to chat online but an ANZ representative isn't available, call 13 13 14, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or visit our Contact us page for more information.
How do I get a record of my chat?
We can email you a copy of your chat - all you need to do is click the + button in the bottom left of the chat window. Select 'email', type in your email address and we'll send it to you right after your chat session. You can also print the chat for your records - simply click the print icon on the chat window.
