Get the ANZ App
Use the ANZ App on your mobile phone or iPad to see more information about your spending, activate your card and set your card PIN, open accounts and more. You’ll need your CRN and Internet Banking password to get started.
No worries with the ANZ App
Keeping your details up to date helps us get in touch with you. If you're ready to tick it off, firstly make sure you have the latest version of the ANZ App, then log in and visit Profile. Tap your name, then tap Phone or Email and follow the prompts. Woah! That was faster than you thought, right?
You can also use Profile to update your Internet Banking password, reset your App PIN, and manage your devices. Pretty handy.
Job done in ANZ Internet Banking
Log in to ANZ Internet Banking by clicking Log In at the top of this page. Enter your CRN and Password, then click Profile. Click on Profile & Security, then Choose Phone or Email and follow the prompts.
Plus, you can also use Profile to update your ANZ App PIN, manage your devices, and let us know what offers and promotions you'd like to hear about.
A few taps in the ANZ App
You can now switch statements for eligible accounts to online only in the app. Log in, tap on the account, then choose Manage to adjust your preferences for Statements and Notices. You can choose for your statements to be delivered Online Only or by Paper and Online.
If you’d like to more than one account, log in to the app, then click Profile. From there, click Statements and Notices and follow the prompts.
Take care of it in ANZ Internet Banking
Log in to ANZ Internet Banking by clicking Log In at the top of this page. Enter your CRN and Password, then click Settings. Scroll down and click on Change my statement preferences. Then you can choose to make your statements for eligible accounts Online Only or Paper and Online.
Read and consider the terms and conditions to decide if it’s right for you. If you’d like to continue choose I agree to the above and click Save.
Done in a flash in the ANZ App
New card. No worries. You can activate eligible ANZ cards in the app – Just tap More on the accounts screen, then Activate Card. From there, you’ll be able to enter the card details manually or use your phone’s camera to capture the card number automatically. That’s handy.
Once your card is activated, you’ll be prompted to set your Card PIN. Remember to choose a PIN that's easy for you to remember, but hard for someone else to guess.
Activate in ANZ Internet Banking
Log in to ANZ Internet Banking by clicking Log In at the top of this page. Enter your CRN and Password, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Activate an ANZ Card. Enter the card number, choose if you’d like to activate card(s) for all additional cardholders, then click Activate. Boom!
If you already have a PIN, you’re ready to go. Otherwise you’ll need to wait for your PIN in the mail or use the ANZ App to set your Card PIN.
No call required with ANZ Internet Banking
Log in to ANZ Internet Banking by clicking Log In at the top of this page. Enter your CRN and Password, then choose your account. On the left hand side, you’ll see Lodge a transaction dispute. Give that a click, and follow the prompts to dispute a transaction. You’ll need the transaction date, amount and description handy.
Once we have all of the information, we’ll investigate the transaction and keep you up to date via SecureMail. Click Mail for more.
Secure your card in the ANZ App
We’ve all misplaced our card for just a moment. Now you can block your card in the ANZ App so that you can take some time to find it. Log in to the app, choose your account, then tap Manage and Manage Card. Under Card Settings you’ll see Temporarily Block Card. Tap that, then tap Block to block your card. When you’ve found your card you can tap it again to unblock it. Phew.
Lost or stolen card
If your card is lost or stolen, let us know immediately and we’ll cancel the card. Log in to the app, choose your account, then tap Manage and Manage Card. Tap Report Card Lost or Stolen and we’ll put you straight through to someone who can help. Your call will go through to the right team with your identity already confirmed.
