Manage payroll payment templates

ANZ Internet Banking for Business customers can save payroll payment templates to help make payroll payments quicker and easier.

  • Once you have a template saved you can select it to populate your payroll payments so you don't have to add the details for each payment individually.
  • You can easily add, edit, delete, copy or rename a template.

If you feel that you need to make regular payments to the same employees you can save the payments as a template.

  • Templates help you to easily create your multiple payments/transfers.
  • Once you have a template saved you can select it to populate your payments without the need to add the details for each employee individually.
  • You can easily add, edit, delete, copy or rename a template.

The following indicates the amount of payments that can be made using multiple payments for business customers:

  • Multiple payments completed manually: 18 employees.
  • Multiple payments via template: 99 employees.
  • Multiple payments via file uploads: 999 employees.

The "Payroll payments - payment template" page provides the list of payroll payment templates that have already been created. The list includes the following details about each template:

  • Template type: displays "Payroll" for payroll payments templates.
  • Template name: displays the name given to the template at the time of creation.
  • No. of employees: displays the number of employees in the saved template.
  • Value: displays the total amount of the payments in the saved template.
  • Last used: displays the date the template was last used to create a payroll payment.
