Is your ANZ credit card damaged, faulty or incorrectly signed? It’s easy to replace it. You’ll also find answers to some questions you may have about this process.
Whether you’ve forgotten your card PIN or simply want to change it, if you’ve got an eligible card you can update your PIN in the ANZ App whenever it suits you. Tap on the account, then tap Manage, then Manage Card. Follow the prompts to choose your new PIN.
