Manage my transactions

ANZ Internet Banking makes keeping track of your transactions easy.

You can view, search and even download transaction histories to your computer.

You can also lodge a dispute for a transaction if you believe it may have been made in error.

Use our frequently asked questions to find out more about managing your transactions.

The “Transaction history” section of the "Transactions" tab shows the transactions carried out on a particular account for the last 90 days. It lists the following:

  • The date the transaction was processed (unless it’s a recent transaction)
  • The description for the transaction
  • The description of the merchant where the transaction was made (where available)
  • The debit or credit amount of the transaction
  • The running balance after the transaction (not displayed for credit card accounts and loan accounts).

You can download the transaction history for your accounts via the "Download" function.

On the “Transaction history” tab, you can view your transactions for up to 90 days. For transactions completed more than 90 days ago, you can either check your statements, or search your transactions.

ANZ Internet Banking allows you to view, search and download transactions regardless of when you actually registered. If you can’t find the transactions you are looking for, refer to your paper or online statements.

To view a full statement of your accounts, you can refer to your paper statements or online statements.

No. Once the transaction is processed to your account, you can't cancel or delete the transaction. However, you may lodge a transaction dispute if applicable.
