ANZ Customer Advocate

The Office of the Customer Advocate has been established by ANZ to review disputes from retail, small business and wealth customers in Australia. The Customer Advocate operates separately from ANZ’s businesses and offers an impartial review of matters that have not been resolved during the internal dispute resolution process.

Referral of your complaint to the Customer Advocate is an option, but is not mandatory. ANZ is bound by the Customer Advocate's findings in all cases but you don’t have to accept the Customer Advocate’s decision.
