Important information about ANZ Financial Advice

We are closing our ANZ Financial Advice service

Due to the changing needs of our customers and the evolving nature of the advice industry, we have conducted a strategic review of our business and made the decision to close our ANZ Financial Advice service, as of 23 February 2022.

To all our existing ANZ Financial Advice clients - we would like to thank you for choosing us. While ANZ Financial Advice will no longer form part of our offering to customers, we look forward to helping you with all your other banking needs in the future. We will also continue to offer financial advice to high-net-worth clients via ANZ Private. 

Your questions answered

If you’re a current financial advice customer, you will be receiving a letter from ANZ Financial Advice with further information about what this change will mean for you.

No, we will continue to provide financial advice for ANZ Private clients.

The closure of our financial advice business will not affect any other products you might have with ANZ, including credit cards, home loans or everyday banking accounts.

No immediate action is necessary. You will be contacted directly via mail, outlining any steps you’re required to take.

If you have a minimum of $3m in funds to invest or borrow, and are looking for a tailored approach to wealth management, you can reach out to our private banking team, ANZ Private, on 1800 316 926 (weekdays, 9am - 6pm (AEST)) or request a callback.

If you’re looking to improve your financial situation and get on top of things at your own pace, you can do so via our Financial Wellbeing Program.

Alternatively, you can find a list of registered financial advisers via the independent Moneysmart website, brought to you by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). This site has a host of information to help you choose an adviser local to you and continue your investment journey.
