You might have insurance included in your ANZ Smart Choice Super account to help you protect what’s important in your life.
The superannuation industry has been working collaboratively on an Insurance in Superannuation Voluntary Code of Practice (The Code). The Code is a commitment by superannuation trustees to high standards when providing insurance to members of superannuation funds who have either received insurance cover automatically or have applied for cover.
The Trustee for the ANZ Smart Choice Super suite of products is an early adopter (PDF 265kB) of the Code, with a start date of 1 July 2018 and will be fully transitioned by 30 June 2021. For more information please read our Transition Plan (PDF 266kB).
Our compliance with the Code will be monitored and results will be set out in an annual Code Compliance Report (PDF 491kB).
