Claim your complimentary return domestic flight

To claim your complimentary return domestic Virgin Australia flightdisclaimer, spend $500 on eligible purchases in the first three months and then call 1300 367 763 at least 60 days before you travel. One complimentary flight is available to the accountholder each year until the card is cancelled. Complimentary flights are restricted to selected economy fare class on flights operated by Virgin Australia to selected domestic destinations. Bookings are subject to availability and some flights may not have complimentary seats available. Flights must be booked at least 60 days in advance. Not to be combined with any other offer, discount or cabin class upgrades. Fees may apply for excess baggage, booking changes and cancellations. The complimentary flight is not eligible for Velocity Points and/or Status Credits earn. The Air Travel Benefit Terms (PDF 56kB) and the Virgin Australia Terms and Conditions of Carriage apply. Offer available to ANZ Rewards Travel Adventures accountholders who have made $500 of net eligible purchases within three months of approval. The accountholder is entitled to two single entry lounge passes each year until the card is cancelled.  Lounge passes provide access to the Virgin Australia domestic Lounge when travelling on a Virgin Australia domestic flight. Lounge Passes cannot be used in international lounges, partner airlines or associated lounges. Lounge Passes expire 12 months after request. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of passes. Lounge entry is subject to space availability and is permitted a maximum of 2 hours before the flight. Damaged lounge passes will not be accepted. Lounge passes are non-refundable and must not be offered for re-sale. Access to the lounge is subject to the Virgin Australia Lounge Terms and Conditions and Lounge Rules. This offer is subject to the Air Travel Benefit Terms (PDF 56 KB). ANZ will waive the overseas transaction fee on foreign currency transactions and transactions where the merchant or financial institution accepting the card is located outside Australia. ANZ will also waive the cash advance fee if you use your ANZ Rewards Travel Adventures account to withdraw actual cash from a branch or ATM located overseas. A cash advance fee will apply to any other cash advances on your account. ATM operator fees may apply.

Reward Points accrue in accordance with the ANZ Rewards – Rewards Program Terms and Conditions booklet (please call 13 13 14 for a copy). Purchases which are not eligible to earn Rewards Points are described in the ANZ Rewards – Rewards Program Terms and Conditions booklet, e.g. fees, cash, cash equivalent transactions, balance transfers, premiums paid for ANZ Credit Card Insurance and transactions for gambling or gaming purposes will not earn Reward Points. This Reward Points information displayed on this page applies to new customers only. Existing customers may be subject to a different Reward Points earn rate or different earn rate bands. Existing customers should call 13 13 14   for information regarding the Reward Points earn rate(s) that apply to their account.

Until 5 August 2017, the earn rate in this special offer will apply to all eligible purchases.  For purchases made after 5 August 2017, the earn rate bands will apply and applicable Points per dollar earn rate will based on the value of eligible purchases made during a statement period. For additional cardholders an Additional Cardholder Fee of $10 and Rewards Program Services Fee of $55 apply per additional cardholder on the account.
