ANZ will share details of your bank account, associated balance and transaction records as well as your provided software platform information.

Yes, ANZ bank feeds are our secure way of sending your selected information to your software platform.

Once your information has been received by your software platform it’ll be subject to their security, so check with them to see what measures they have in place to protect it.

Most ANZ accounts, for both business and personal customers, can be linked to ANZ bank feeds. These include loan, transaction, savings, funds management and credit card accounts.

For corporate and purchasing cards, please contact your relationship manager.

Unfortunately, asset finance products, ANZ smart choice super and foreign currency accounts aren’t eligible for bank feeds.

To link the transaction data from your credit card you’ll need to activate a bank feed for the account the credit card is associated with. This bank feed will include transaction data for all of the allocated cards for this account.

If you requested bank feed activation on a weekday you should start receiving your bank feeds on the next day. If you requested bank feed activation on a weekend, you should start receiving your bank feeds on the next Tuesday.

You can check the status of your bank feed activation, and what to do if you’re experiencing delays, in ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business, by selecting Manage bank feeds and then selecting the bank feed.

Once a bank feed has been activated, you’ll receive your transaction data overnight, starting on the next bank business day.

If you’ve requested historical data it will be sent to your software platform shortly after the bank feed has been activated.

Transaction data will be sent overnight, after each business day.

In most cases, you should receive the historical data that you’ve requested on the same day.

You can cancel a pending request to activate a bank feed by following the steps under ‘Option 2 – Deactivate an individual bank feed or cancel a pending activation request’ of Deactivate a bank feed.

If your bank feed isn’t yet active, you’ll need to delete your pending activation request and set up a new bank feed with the right information.

If your bank feed is already active, you’ll need to deactivate the bank feed before setting up a new bank feed with the right information.

You can only add historical data when setting up a bank feed for the first time. This can be done when activating a bank feed for the first time.

You won’t be able to add historical data for a bank feed that you’ve already activated or requested to have activated.

If you’re an ANZ corporate customer, you can activate a bank feed by contacting your relationship banker or relationship manager.

If you’re not an ANZ corporate customer, you’ll need to sign up to ANZ Internet Banking or Internet Banking for Business to set up bank feeds.

Yes, as an ANZ corporate customer you can set up bank feeds by contacting your relationship banker or relationship manager.

Before requesting a BSB change for an account with an active bank feed, you’ll need to deactivate it in ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business.

If you’ve already requested a BSB change, you’ll need to deactivate the old bank feed in your software platform and then activate a new bank feed with ANZ in order to view and maintain it in ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business.

If you deactivate a bank feed in ANZ Internet Banking or ANZ Internet Banking for Business, it will be removed from any linked products issued by the selected software platform.

If you have multiple products issued by the same software platform and you’d like to cancel an individual bank feed, please contact the software platform directly.
