You can receive account notifications for your eligible ANZ accounts and your payee list.
You can edit your notification preferences to select where you’d like notifications to be sent and select whether you’d like to receive notifications when changes are made to your payee list.
How do I edit my notification preferences?
To edit your notification preferences, you’ll need to be logged in to ANZ Internet Banking.
Step 1 – Navigate to “Account notifications”
Go to the “Settings” menu.
Select “Account notifications”.
Step 2 – Open the edit preferences menu
Select “Edit preferences”.
Step 3 – Edit preferences
To edit the contact point you’re using to receive your account notifications;
Select your preferred contact point from the dropdown menu under “Where would you like your notifications to be sent”.
Please note that you can only select a contact point from the contact details that you’ve registered with ANZ. To receive notifications to a different email address or Australian mobile number you’ll need to update your ANZ contact details.
To turn off payee list notifications;
Select “No” under “Receive notifications when changes are made to your payee list?”
To turn on payee list notifications;
Select “Yes” under “Receive notifications when changes are made to your payee list?”
Select “Save” to save your changes.
