How do I know what POS Move Operating Guide to download?

To find out what software versions your terminal is on, the version number is contained at the top of a receipt, just above the date and time. It will read as ‘Version 8.45’ or ‘Version 10.17’. Alternatively, if you do not have a receipt, you can also check the software version by turning on the terminal or restarting it by holding down the <FUNC> and <CLR> keys for 3 seconds. The software version will show on the terminal screen when it starts up.

How do I activate my EFTPOS machine?

Our EFTPOS machines are easy to set up. Simply follow the step-by-step information in the Quick Reference Guide available in your Welcome Kit. This information is also available in our operating guides.

What time does my EFTPOS machine settle?

EFTPOS machines settle at 9pm (AEST). You can make changes to your settlement times. Contact merchant support on 1800 039 025 for more information.

How do I make changes to my existing EFTPOS machine services?

For changes relating to merchant account details, transaction listing and statement requests, you'll need to complete a request form.

Your ANZ merchant terminal is nbnTMcapable when configured to IP. If you currently operate your terminal in dial-up mode, ANZ recommends that you switch over to IP to avoid interruption to your business.

You can order stationery online, free of charge:

  1. Go to Order stationery online.
  2. Login with your Merchant Number (without the 00s) and Trading Name in the relevant fields.

If your EFTPOS machine is lost, stolen or damaged, we can provide a replacement. There may be a cost involved.
