  1. Log on to Internet Banking
  2. Select ‘SecureMail’
  3. Select ‘Create Message’

You'll need to complete a Commercial Card Maintenance Request Form (PDF 504kB) to update any of the following details: 

  • Update an address
  • Add one or more additional cardholders
  • Add new account authorities
  • Increase/decrease limit on cardholder
  • Increase/decrease credit limit on facility
  • Change ANZ Business One card type
  • Close a cardholder/billing account or facility
  • Make other miscellaneous changes
  • Set up new Billing Account on an existing facility
  • Set up CardPay Direct to make automatic payments to a Billing Account.

Managing your card

You can link your Business Credit Card to ANZ Internet Banking and Phone Banking by calling the ANZ Business Credit Card Service Centre on 1800 032 481. Find out more about Business Credit Cards on Internet Banking.

If you are unsure about a transaction that has appeared on your statement, please call the ANZ Commercial Card Service Centre within 90 days. A service consultant may be able to provide you with more information to help clarify the situation. If after calling the ANZ Commercial Card Service Centre you are still unsure about a transaction you can dispute the transaction by completing a Card Transaction Dispute (PDF 1.03MB) form. Once completed and signed please email to or fax to 1800 283 515.

To report lost or stolen cards or divulged PINs, please call us immediately on 1800 033 844 (international +61 3 8699 6955). These phone numbers are 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please notify us immediately if you are aware that:

  • Your card has been lost, stolen or used by someone else; or,
  • Your PIN record has been lost, stolen or has become known to, or used by, someone else.

A replacement card can be ordered by contacting the ANZ Commercial Card Service Centre on 1800 032 481.

You can get a new PIN by calling ANZ on 1800 032 481 or visiting any ANZ Branch.

If you know your PIN you can change it at any ANZ ATM or ANZ Branch

Choose something easy for you to remember but hard for anyone else to guess. Steer clear of numbers based on your birth date, driver’s licence, phone numbers or other public/semi-public personal information as they can be more easily guessed by fraudsters.

There are many convenient ways to make payments:

  • Internet banking 
  • CardPay Direct (Direct Debit)
  • BPAY (Biller Code 6007)
  • Direct Credit via EFT
  • Pay by post
  • Paying at any ANZ branch

Access to the benefit of cover is provided to eligible cardholders by operation of s48 of the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth). Reward Points and Bonus Reward Points accrue in accordance with the ANZ Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (PDF 235kB). Eligible purchases exclude interest, government charges (apart from taxation payments), fees, balance transfers and cash and cash equivalent transactions. Taxation payments include all payments to the Australian Taxation Office and other taxation bodies.
