We will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible via email or phone.

What happens next?

Someone from our dedicated hardship team, Customer Connect, will contact you to discuss your application.

Preparation checklist

This information will allow us to tailor the best possible assistance option for you promptly. 

  • Your current income amount and frequency
  • Your living arrangements: are you renting, do you own your home, or live with family and friends?
  • Accounts you hold: what other loans or credit cards do you have outside of ANZ? What are their balances?
  • Your other financial obligations: for example your phone bills, internet costs, insurance, etc.
  • Your family situation: are you married, single, do you have children?
