At ANZ, we understand that losing your card can bring your day to a grinding halt. So we've developed a way to securely replace your lost or stolen credit or debit card directly to your device. All you need to do is call us. Wherever you are, or whatever you're doing, with ANZ you can keep moving.
How it works
If you’ve already loaded your eligible ANZ card onto Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Fitbit Pay or Garmin Pay we can replace your card onto your device.
Gone are the days of waiting for your card to arrive in the mail before you can access your money again. Even better, your PIN will remain the same as the PIN on your original card.
What about your lost or stolen card?
We've all had that sinking feeling. If there's a blank spot in your wallet where your card should be – your card has gone MIA.
Rest assured, with ANZ Falcon™ you’ll have round-the-clock card security to help protect your card in the event that it is lost or stolen.
Your compatible device will be updated with your new card details. This means you can keep moving with whatever you’re doing, with the added peace of mind that ANZ has your money protected.
If your card is lost or stolen, please let us know straight away. You can even block a misplaced card using the ANZ App and unblock it in seconds when it’s safely back in your possession. We can show you how.
