If you have access to your phone:

- Select 'Deregister' from the 'ANZ Shield Hub'.
- Follow the prompts to deregister ANZ Shield.
If you don't have access to your phone:

Important Note:
If you deregister from ANZ Shield, you will still be protected by Challenge Questions. Your daily Pay Anyone limit will be reduced to the lowest limit that applies to you:
- A Personal customer’s daily limit will reduce to $10,000
- A Business customer’s daily limit will reduce to $25,000
- An Internet Banking for Business customer’s daily limit will reduce to $5,000.
If you have any future or recurring Pay Anyone payments scheduled that rely on your higher daily limit, these must be maintained (reduced) or cancelled before you can deregister from ANZ Shield.
