View a detailed bill
Go paperless and receive online bills only to contribute towards achieving ANZ’s environmental sustainability targets.
You can easily view a detailed PDF version of your bill and save it to your computer if you wish.
In order to view your detailed bill you must have pop-up blockers disabled and JavaScript enabled on your browser.
How do I view a detailed bill?
To view a detailed bill from your online bills list:
Go to the "Payments" menu
Select "View online bills" and follow the steps below.
On the "View online bills" page a list of your current bills will display.
Step 1 - Select your bill
Select the bill you want to view, using the radio buttons under the "Select" column.
Click on the "View bill summary" link located under your list of bills.
Your bill summary will be displayed, which will include the amount due, the issue date of the bill, the due date and the biller details including your reference number.
Step 2 - View your detailed bill
Click on the "View detailed bill" link located at the bottom of your bill summary.
Step 3 - Read and accept the warning message
Before proceeding to your detailed bill you will be presented with a message advising that the bill opens on an external website.
Click "Continue" if you wish to open the PDF bill in a new window.
In order for the online PDF bill to open properly you'll need to:
- have JavaScript enabled on your browser
- ensure there are no pop-up blockers stopping the PDF from opening
- have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
Step 4 - Save the bill (optional)
To save a copy of your bill, click "Save a copy" located at the top of the window and follow the prompts.
Step 5 - Return to ANZ Internet Banking
When you have finished viewing your detailed bill you can close the window and you will be returned to your ANZ Internet Banking session.
