Online statements are arranged in date order, starting with your most recently issued statement at the top of the list. Whenever a new online statement is ready to view, it is flagged as New.

Did you know you can go paperless by changing your preferences in the ANZ App or ANZ Internet Banking? All you need to do is set your statement preferences to online only. If you make the switch, we'll send you an email every time a new statement is available online. It's our way of sending you a gentle reminder to log in and view it.
We value your security, which is why the email will identify your account by the last four digits of the account number only – even for credit cards. You can also view your statements online anytime, even if you haven’t received a notification email, or you missed it.

With ANZ Internet Banking, you can decide how you’d like to receive your account statements – online only or paper and online. You can change your statement preferences any time. Just follow these steps:
Changes to your statement preferences will update within 24 hours. For the accounts you elected to receive statements online only you won't receive paper statements from the next statement issue date.
You'll receive an automatic email notification every time a new statement is ready, except in the following circumstances:

You never know when you'll need a copy of your latest statement – or one from up to seven years ago. You can use the ANZ App to view your statements anytime, anywhere.

As we are in the process of digitising our notices, some notices may not yet be displayed in the ANZ App and ANZ Internet Banking. There are also some notice types that will continue to be provided by mail only. When new notices types are digitised, they will be available to view in the ANZ App and ANZ Internet Banking.

When you choose to receive statements “Online only”, you are nominating not to receive paper statements for that account. Please note, for users of ANZ Internet Banking for Business the option to switch off paper statements is not available.
