Order a replacement card
ANZ Internet Banking makes it easy for you to replace an ANZ Access, Visa Debit or Credit card that is close to its expiry date, damaged, faulty, or incorrectly signed.
To replace your card, you simply provide the card number and reason for replacement.
Note: In case of a card that has been lost or stolen, please immediately call 1800 033 844 (+61 3 8699 6955 from overseas). You can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
