ANZ Internet Banking makes it easy for you to replace an ANZ Access, Visa Debit or Credit card that is close to its expiry date, damaged, faulty, or incorrectly signed.

To replace your card, you simply provide the card number and reason for replacement.

If you are not a business customer, you can find the "Order a replacement card" link as follows:

Go to the Home page, which is the first page you see when you log on to ANZ Internet Banking

Select your credit card and you will be taken to the "Account Overview" page

Then select "Order a replacement card" from the "Account actions".

Yes. You will be able to use the new card up until you have activated the new card.

If your card is lost or stolen, please let us know straight away. You can even block a misplaced card using the ANZ App and unblock it in seconds when it’s safely back in your possession. We can show you how.

How to report a lost or stolen card

Yes. Business cards can be replaced using this form.

Yes. If you are an additional cardholder, you can use this form to request a replacement for your card.

You should receive your card in the post within 5-7 working days.

ANZ will send the card to the most recent address you have provided us. 

If your address has changed recently, you should update it right now.
