Check your accounts regularly
Frequently monitor your accounts to recognise any unusual transactions easily. Check for payee names that you don't recognise and if you see anything suspicious, contact us.
Verify calls and emails
If you're contacted by someone claiming to be from ANZ or another business, asking for your personal or banking details, verify their identity. Do this by calling them back on the phone number listed on their company website.
