Changes to the ANZ Settlement booking process – Online bookings now available for selected settlements
ANZ is pleased to announce that together with our provider SAI Global Property, we now offer an online Self Service settlement booking portal for Purchase only Home Loan settlements.
This new online option will make it quicker and easier to book your customer's settlement and give you the flexibility to book 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Eligible settlements can be booked via the following link using the reference number and SSB Key provided in your Self Service Booking Invitation:

From March 2016, ANZ customers will begin receiving an SMS to confirm their settlement has been booked.
ANZ is sending this SMS to customers to increase transparency of the settlement process for them in response to feedback received.
When using the ANZ online booking system, please ensure the booking is completed accurately the first time as any/all subsequent changes will be SMSed to ANZ customers.
Previously, you may have used the online booking tool to tentatively lock in a date and time for settlement, moving forward we ask that you enter confirmed bookings as changes to date, time etc. will result in multiple text messages being sent.
