We continue to lead the way to promote and foster an environment of awareness, acceptance and cohesion to step closer to a truly equal society between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australia. We strive to ensure that our workforce reflects the diversity of our customers, and harnesses the unique talents, perspectives and experiences of all our people.  

ANZ was the first major Australian company to register a Reconciliation Action Plan in 2007, and we recognise there is more to be done.  We continue to invest in our RAP as our roadmap to increasing social and economic participation, building a culturally professional and safe environment for our business, people and communities.

Traineeships

We provide school based traineeships for Year 10-12 students and adult part or full time traineeships.

Our traineeships provide you with the opportunity to complete a certificate level qualification, develop a network of professional relationships and receive on-the-job work experience while earning. 

All trainees are employed by one of our Group Training Organisation partners, who help you find roles that are currently available, prepare for interviews, understand the certificate you will complete, discuss award wages and provide advice on the support they will provide you as a trainee.

Our current Group Training Organisation partners are Maxima, AFL SportsReady and 1300apprentice. We encourage you to speak with them to understand more about traineeships and any current opportunities at ANZ.
