ANZ's Privacy Collection Notice sets out how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, including using your information to let you know about products and services that may interest you (unless you opt out). By completing this application, you agree to this Notice.
In addition, we work with security experts to help keep you safe from fraud and other security risks.
By continuing with your application, you agree to us collecting information about how you engage with this application form, including things like typing speed, mouse movement, how you navigate and scroll. We use this, plus other info like details about your device itself, to help us spot possible fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Some things to check-off
- You’re 18 years of age or older
- You’re an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or have a valid visa
- You’re a sole applicant (joint applicants can apply at any ANZ branch)
- You earn at least $15,000 per year. Please have details of your income, assets, expenses and financial commitments ready.
Details to have handy
- Australian driver’s licence number (if you have one)
- Details of your income, expenses, assets and liabilities
- Two recent pay slips for income verification
- If you’re self-employed, you’ll need your accountant’s phone number
- Details of your living expenses, such as regular bills
- ANZ account number or Customer Registration Number (if you have one)
- Your email address
If you logon using your Internet Banking customer registration number (CRN) and password, you agree that ANZ may use the personal information it already holds about you, including transaction and account information, to make suggestions and pre-populate fields in your application. If the transaction and account information is derived from an account jointly held with another individual, we require that you show them a copy of this notice so that they can understand how ANZ intends to handle their personal information. It is your responsibility to ensure this application is accurate, complete, and up to date before submission. If any of the pre-populated information is not correct, or will not be correct as the basis for your application (e.g. if an account is being closed as a condition of the application), please ensure your application is correct by editing the information (where possible), or contact ANZ on 13 13 14 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm AEST).
