How do I transfer a PayID to ANZ Plus?

If you've registered your mobile number or email address as a PayID with another bank, it's easy to transfer it to ANZ Plus. 

To transfer your PayID:

1. Start the transfer with your other bank.
2. Go to the ANZ Plus app and your mobile number/email address should be available to register.
3. Follow the steps to create your PayID.

While your PayID is awaiting transfer any payments addressed to it will be sent to your old account. If you haven't linked your PayID to your ANZ Plus account within 14 days of starting the transfer, you may need to restart the process with your other bank.

Have a PayID linked to another ANZ account?

If you already have a PayID linked to another ANZ account, you'll need to transfer it from ANZ to make it available to register with ANZ Plus.

To transfer your PayID from ANZ to ANZ Plus:

1. Log in to ANZ Internet Banking.
2. Select Settings from the top menu.
3. Select Manage your PayIDs.
4. Select Edit beside the PayID you'd like to transfer.
5. Select Transfer this PayID.
6. Shortly after you've confirmed the Transfer, the PayID should be made available for you to register with ANZ Plus.
7. Follow the steps to register your PayID in the ANZ Plus app.
