How do I create or manage a PayID?

You can create a PayID® by linking your email address or mobile number to your ANZ Plus account (or Joint ANZ Plus account if you've got one), and use it to receive payments instead of your account details. 

To create a PayID in the ANZ Plus app: 

1. Go to the Profile icon.
2. Tap on Payment Settings.
3. Tap on PayID®.
4. Tap on Register beside your mobile number or email address and follow the prompts.

If your PayID is already registered to an ANZ Plus account and you want to change to another eligible ANZ Plus account, you'll need to deregister the PayID and follow the steps to create a PayID to select your other account.

If you have joint accounts, you'll have the option to change the linked account to your Joint ANZ Plus account when registering your PayID.

If your mobile number or email address is already linked to another account, you may need to go to your other bank to transfer it to ANZ Plus.
