How do I replace a lost or damaged card?

If your card is lost, damaged or no longer working, you can order a new card in the app.

To replace a damaged card:

  1. Go to the Card tab.
  2. Tap on Cancel and Replace Card.
  3. Tap on Damaged Card or Lost or Stolen Card and follow the prompts.

Replacing a Joint ANZ Plus card

If you’re replacing a Joint ANZ Plus card, ordering a new card won’t affect the other account holder’s card. Just remember to swipe across in the Card tab before ordering your replacement.
