How do I lock my card?

If you've misplaced your card, you can temporarily lock it while you look for it. To lock your card, go to the Card tab and tap on Lock.

You can also lock your Joint card (if you have one of those), simply swipe across in the Card tab before tapping on Lock.

Locking your card should happen pretty much instantly but can take up to 15 minutes to take effect.

While it's locked, you won't be able to make any payments or withdrawals using your card or card details.

You can continue to spend with your digital wallet while your card is locked. Any services or recurring payments you've set up using your card details will also continue to work.

If your card turns up, just tap on Unlock to start spending again.

If you think your card is lost or has been stolen, you'll need to cancel and replace it. You can do this in the Card tab.
