How do I switch to a new device?

Your ANZ Plus profile can’t be registered to multiple devices, but if you want to switch your registered device, start by downloading the ANZ Plus app on your new device. 

Once you’ve downloaded the app, tap Get Started and follow the prompts to enter and verify your mobile number. Then you’ll just need to enter your Access PIN to log in. 

Before you log in you’ll be prompted to deregister your old device.

You should receive a confirmation email once you’ve registered your new device.
