What is a verification code?

When you initiate a data sharing request, such as with Open Banking or ConnectID, you’ll be asked to authorise this with a verification code in your ANZ Plus app.

A two-digit code will display in your web browser – enter this in your ANZ Plus app. This will be used to verify your data sharing request.

If you enter the wrong verification code you’ll need to go back and request a new one. If you exceed the maximum number of verification requests you may have to wait a while before trying again.
