ANZ Plus App Privacy Statement

This is the App Privacy Statement that applies to your use of the ANZ Plus App.

Your personal information is being collected by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ABN 11 005 357 522) Australian Financial Services Licence Number 234527 ('we', 'us' or 'our').

The best way to reach us is by contacting a Coach via the ANZ Plus App or, if you don’t have access to the ANZ Plus App, by calling 13 42 69 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, Melbourne Time, excluding national public holidays).

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and technical details about your mobile phone or other device. We also collect:

  • behavioural details about how you use your mobile phone or other device and the ANZ Plus App (such as how you type, click, scroll and swipe)
  • a list of apps on your device (Android only)
  • other device information, which may include whether you are on a phone call 

We collect this personal information about you in order to provide the ANZ Plus App (including to contact you if we need to), to identify, verify, register and check the security of your mobile phone or other device, to help prevent fraud and for the other purposes set out in our Privacy Policy at www.anz.com.au/privacy/centre/policy.

If you don't provide your personal information when we ask for it, then you may not be able to register via the ANZ Plus App or we may not provide you with a product or service.

Your personal information may be disclosed to other ANZ companies and to third parties that help us deliver our services, some of whom may be located overseas in the US and other countries listed in our Privacy Policy and at www.anz.com/privacy.
