Can I make changes to my loan auto-repayments?

If you like, you can you message a Coach to change or update your loan auto-repayments.

Depending on your circumstances, a Coach can help you:

• Increase or update your loan auto-repayment amount
  Request to change your loan auto-repayments to pay more than the minimum repayment amount. These additional amounts may then be available for redraw.
  If you're already paying more than your minimum repayment amount, you can request to reduce this to only repay the minimum.
• Change your repayment date or frequency
  Schedule your repayments to better suit your lifestyle or align with your day-to-day budgeting.
• Update the linked account
  Change the account your auto-repayments are being paid from.
• Cancel, or turn back on, your auto-repayments
  If you do cancel your auto-repayments, you'll need to make other arrangements to ensure your loan repayments are made, and received on time. Missing a repayment, or partial repayment, may incur fees.

Change requests to loan auto-repayments may take time to process and action, so please factor this into the timing of your request.

Your loan auto-repayments will continue until cancelled or your ANZ Plus Home Loan is repaid.
