What Coach support is available?

We know digital banking sometimes needs a human touch, especially when it comes to a home loan. That’s why our ANZ Plus Coaches can lend you a helping hand.

Coaches can help you get started, and keep you on track, all the way through to settlement. Once you’re up and running, Coaches remain on hand to help you manage your loan.

If you want a bit more, you can book an appointment or schedule a video call with a Coach to have a deeper discussion and understand more about your home loan needs or financial goals.

They’ll assist you in understanding your finances so you can decide if ANZ Plus is right for you, but they can’t complete a loan application on your behalf.

You can send a message to a Coach securely in-app, but they may also reach out if additional items are required to assist your loan application.

To get a notification when a Coach messages or responds, it’s best to toggle on your notifications.

To check your notification settings, go to the Profile icon and tap on Notifications.
