2024 ANZ Business Growth Webinar Event Series

This free webinar series is brought to you by ANZ in partnership with the University of South Australia's Australian Centre for Business Growth. The webinars are perfect for business owners looking to grow their business.

The 2024 webinar series begins in early February and runs monthly until July. Each session is 90 minutes.

During the webinars, renowned growth expert Dr Jana Matthews will cover:

  • Questions you must be able to answer as a leader
  • Different responsibilities as a leader during growth
  • Knowledge Framework for Growth
  • How to choose the right growth strategy
  • Tactics for sustainable growth

The webinars are open to all business owners. You don’t have to be an ANZ Customer.

Financing for Growth

Thursday, 11 July 2024, 12:00 – 1:30 PM AEST

Leaders need to be able to read their financial reports, understand how their P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet impact growth, and decide how they are going to finance future growth. Some options include reinvesting profits, debt financing, grants, and selling equity. We’ll review what banks look for when deciding whether to lend money to companies and discuss the pros and cons of each funding option.
