What do I do if I forget my Access PIN?
If you've forgotten your Access PIN, tap on Forgot PIN when you're prompted to enter it then follow the prompts to reset it.
If you know your existing Access PIN and you'd just like to change it:
- Go to the Profile icon.
- Tap on Security.
- Tap on Change Access PIN.
You should receive a confirmation email when your Access PIN has been updated.
