How is my property valued?

The property value is determined by using several independent property data vendors and applying special algorithms and is used to assess your application for a loan.

ANZ Plus uses an automated process to source and analyse comparative market data. Details such as property location, property attributes, past market performance and various other factors will determine your property value.

The valuation is provided in-app, and you can continue with your application once your valuation is returned.

Please keep in mind that the property value we provide may differ from the price at which the property might sell for.
