About Peter Dalton
Peter Dalton is the General Manager, Innovation, Partnerships & Design.
Having recently led the design, development and successful implementation of ANZ Plus, our new, modern digital banking platform, Peter is now leading the work to scale ANZ Plus across ANZ. He is also leading innovation, partnerships and ecosystems to develop market-leading and differentiated propositions for ANZ, built on the ANZ Plus platforms.
With more than 20 years of experience within ANZ, Peter has developed a deep knowledge of banking and technology and is known for his relentless focus on simplifying and improving the customer experience. Peter has held several other key roles at ANZ, including Customer Experience Lead, Group General Manager Innovation and ANZ Group Chief Information Officer. Peter has an engineering background and prior to joining ANZ, was a Senior Software Engineer.
